a decent stay near the airport

convenient location helpful staff low quality poor condition

i found the location very convenient, especially its proximity to the airport. it made my transfer very easy. the staff were also quite helpful . the room was spacious. the bathroom and shower was nice.

the breakfast had very low quality, especially for a four-star hotel. the dining room's dishes and equipment seemed to be in poor condition. there wasn't enough seating.

professional massage reasonable price

I found the staff really helpful. The hotel is very close to the beach, markets for food, and money exchange services are right outside. I used a massage place next door named 'Thai massage' and experienced the most professional massage I had in Thailand. I rebooked my room without issues after our flights were cancelled. Staff organized a transfer to the airport for a reasonable price.

The soundproofing was practically non-existent. I could hear everything.

i was welcomed with congratulations on my honeymoon! the hotel's lush vegetation was great, and the view from my room was very nice. my room felt clean. the hotel location is convenient and near the airport.

the breakfast variety was limited.

the room had a shower and a bathroom. tea, coffee and water were provided every day. the king bed was comfortable with king single, it has lots of room and it is suitable for families, even with two children.

the resort offers three swimming pools on the hotel. there were lush gardens at the resort, i found a peaceful atmosphere. the resort has a well kept exterior and landscaping, i saw staff working hard.
