I found the staff really helpful. The hotel is very close to the beach, markets for food, and money exchange services are right outside. I used a massage place next door named 'Thai massage' and experienced the most professional massage I had in Thailand. I rebooked my room without issues after our flights were cancelled. Staff organized a transfer to the airport for a reasonable price.

The soundproofing was practically non-existent. I could hear everything.

i was welcomed with congratulations on my honeymoon! the hotel's lush vegetation was great, and the view from my room was very nice. my room felt clean. the hotel location is convenient and near the airport.

the breakfast variety was limited.

the resort offers three swimming pools on the hotel. there were lush gardens at the resort, i found a peaceful atmosphere. the resort has a well-kept exterior and landscaping, i saw staff working hard.
